Christmas is a magical time of year for children, and a special event set for December will bring a magical winter wonderland right to the heart of Beckenham. Children will have the chance to take part in some festive arts and crafts activities before meeting Father Christmas himself.
Christmas Sparkle from Splatter Make will take place between 11:00am and 5:00pm on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th December. It will be held at Venue 28 on Beckenham Road, which will be transformed into an extra special Christmas Sparkle workshop for the occasion.
Children can visit the Elves Workshop, where they will help the elves make some Christmas decorations that they can hang on their own tree or give as presents. They can head to the Gingerbread Room to let their creative flair loose decorating their own special gingerbread boy or girl. They’ll also be able to make a Christmas sparkle bag full of magic.
Finally, children can take a journey through the magical winter wonderland to reach Father Christmas’ Grotto. They’ll find him keeping warm by the fire in his snug, where they can tell him what they’d really like for Christmas.
There are four time slots available on each day for the Christmas Sparkle Workshop, which lasts 45 minutes. Tickets are priced at £28, and advance booking is essential. You can book tickets online through the Splatter Make website, by calling 020 8658 1634, or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your favourite part of the festive period in Beckenham? Have you got anything special planned for this year?
