The Gift Of The Ultimate Big Screen Experience: Vue Bromley Reopens On 11th December

CHRISTMAS films are back on the agenda this year, as Vue, the home of the Ultimate Big Screen Experience in Bromley reopens its doors on 11th December.

With Christmas set to look different to usual this year, families will be happy to know that a trip to see a festive film is still on the cards in a safe and enjoyable environment with Christmas on the Big Screen. For those unable to be with loved ones in other parts of the country, Vue is also offering shared screenings, a range of films showing at the same time across its venues, so customers can share the wonder together with those in other places.

New research conducted by Vue has found 4 in 10 people predicting this Christmas to be more stressful than last year, with reasons including uncertainty about being able to see their family and fear that it will be “less magical than usual.” However, 63% of people say that their first festive film of the year marks the official start of Christmas, and Vue Bromley is enabling people to escape the stress to some Christmas magic as a whole host of festive favourites return to the big screen.

It’s great news for those who feel the most magical Christmas film moment is when Kevin McCallister asks for his family back in time for Christmas, as Home Alone returns to the big screen.

For those who prefer to escape to magical worlds faraway, and feel most Christmassy with the adventures of Anna and Elsa, Frozen will also be back on screen at Vue.

Fans of a festive sing-along will be delighted to see the return of The Muppet’s Christmas Carol, and classic Christmas film lovers can sit back to Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas.

And this year, festive film-goers are in for an early gift, as Disney’s From Our Family to Yours will be screening exclusively on the Big Screen at Vue before each Disney Christmas Classic.

Daniel Surridge, General Manager at Vue Bromley, said: “We’re truly thrilled be re-opening for Christmas and to be able to bring a full list of Christmas films back to the big screen. With this being a year like no other, and so much of the Christmas build-up being different for so many people, we believe that a trip to the cinema to see a festive film is the perfect form of escapism and a way to get into the Christmas spirit in a safe way.

“We know how much the community and local economy depends on our doors being open, and we look forward to serving customers at our site as soon as we are able to do so.”

Tickets are available from 4th December for Bromley at myvue.com. For more information on the safety measures being implemented, customers can visit https://www.myvue.com/news-competitions/stay-safe.
