Bromley Council has launched a new online system that will enable businesses to search for premises. It will be available to any business that is looking for commercial property in the borough of Bromley, including start-ups and those that wish to relocate.
The council’s online database can be searched free of charge. It provides details on hundreds of available properties, including those for sale and lease. It will be updated on a regular basis, and commercial property agents will be able to submit details. Landlords and agents can advertise their properties for free.
This new system can be used in conjunction with other search methods to make the process of finding properties quicker and simpler. It will help agents to complete deals faster whilst reducing the number of vacant properties in the local area.
Users can narrow their search criteria by area, size, type of tenure, and use type and then view the available properties from a shortlist. Once they have filled in their registration details, they will be able to download all the particulars and contact the relevant agents.
The property database is available through the Bromley Council website. Agents and landlords who want to advertise their properties can simply email the sale particulars in PDF form to firstname.lastname@example.org. Each month, you will be sent an email to check that the details on the register are correct.
