Beckenham Comedy Cabaret is back next month for a special Christmas event featuring Harry Hill as the headliner. He is famous for his presenting roles on You’ve Been Framed and TV Burp. Tickets are selling quickly for this fantastic night of comedy, which also features some of the area’s best local talent.
Beckenham Comedy Cabaret will be held at Beckenham Public Hall on Friday 11th December. Doors open for this intimate event at 7:00pm, with the show starting at 8:00pm. Tickets are priced at £9.99 each in advance, with a 50p booking fee.
In addition to ITV’s very own Harry Hill, who is based in Kent, as the headline act, the Beckenham Comedy Cabaret will also feature some other great comedic acts. There will be local Beckenham character comedian Jody Kamali, who performs a high-energy act; Anna Morris, who stars in Bad Bridesmaids on ITV; oddball physical comedian Cheekykita; and Sam Simmons, who won the Fosters Edinburgh Comedy Award this year. Kamali is organising the event and recently worked alongside Hill on a BBC Children in Need sketch.
The first Beckenham Comedy Cabaret night sold out, and there is likely to be great interest in this event, so booking in advance is highly recommended. Tickets can be bought online through the billetto website.
Did you go to the first Beckenham Comedy Cabaret? How do you think bringing in national talent such as these acts helps the area?
